Refund policy

Something not right? We’ll put it right.
Every Brooke & Bough item is printed to order just for you. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or with a printing mistake, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won’t need to send the item back.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just tell us through our Contact page within that time, then return the item unused and in its original condition within a further 14 days. We’ll give you the return address when you get in touch. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days, back to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights
This policy doesn’t affect your legal rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
